Question:
Can I cancel the order I've submitted?


Answer:
Once you've submitted an order, you must indicate in writing that you would like to cancel the order; this may be done via email. Be sure to include your first and last name, company name, and your reason for canceling your order. Send your email to service@jldesigners.com. To receive reimbursement of your Initial Payment, you must cancel your order within 12 hours of the order being submitted, regardless of the day of the week; otherwise, your Initial Payment is typically non-refundable.

Question:
If I'm paying for my logo design package by mail, how much time do I have to send in my Initial Payment, once I've ordered?


Answer:
Your Initial Payment must be received within 7 business days of your online order being submitted. After this point, your order may be canceled.
