Absolutely. Our order form pages are secured via 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that the information you provide is protected from misuse.

Question:
Do all logo design packages come with a satisfaction guarantee?

Answer:
All of our logo design packages come equipped with our LogoApproval Guarantee. This guarantee states that you will never pay the total cost of your logo design package until you express complete satisfaction with your new logo. Moreover, if we determine that we are unable to develop a custom logo that you are completely satisfied with, we will reimburse you for your Initial Payment.

Question:
Can I receive my final logo early—that is before the rest of the elements of my logo design package are finalized?

Answer:
With every logo design package we offer, except for the Autumn Package, you may receive your final logo at any point following LogoApproval, although typically all Final Artwork is delivered to you at the same time when all of the artwork has been completed. In the case of the Autumn Package, your Remaining Balance must be paid before your final logo is released to you.
