Am I going to receive printed hardcopies of my Final Artwork, or will I receive the printer-ready files instead?

Answer:
Your Final Artwork will be sent to you in digital format—high-quality, user-friendly files that are formatted to be printed commercially or in-office. For example, when you purchase the Morning Package, your final business card design is included on the CD we send you, which you may take to a commercial printer, where it can be easily printed on the stock, and in the quantity of your choice. You also receive the business card design in a file format that you can print from your home or office. Each item included in your package will be delivered to you in this fashion.

Question:
Will my final logo be displayed on the J & L Designers website?

Answer:
It's possible. Select logos we develop are periodically showcased on our website, however all other usage rights that are associated with ownership of your final logo are granted solely to you, following payment of your Remaining Balance.

Question:
Do you keep my Final Artwork on file in case I need a duplicate copy?

Answer:
Yes. All Final Artwork is kept on file indefinitely; these files can be sent to you more than once, if necessary, at no additional charge.
