When do I pay for my logo design package?

Answer:
Before work begins on your custom logo design package, an Initial Payment must first be received by J & L Designers. Your Remaining Balance is not required until after LogoApproval.

Question:
How will I receive my Final Artwork?

Answer:
Your Final Artwork will be sent to you digitally, by email, or made available to you as a download from our website. You may also request to have the artwork sent to you by mail, on CD, at no additional charge. For most logo design packages, a CD will be sent to you automatically.

Question:
Is there an additional charge for Illustrative, highly detailed logo design?

Answer:
Our charge for Illustrative custom logo design is the same as our charge for simple custom logo design. However, if we determine that the amount of illustration or detailing that your logo requires exceeds the scope of our graphic design services, we may suggest that you hire a professional Illustrator to develop your logo instead of our company. In this case, your Initial Payment will be reimbursed to you.
